Pre & Post natal Program
This 12-week program is designed to guide and support you through every phase of pregnancy and early motherhood. From managing common pregnancy discomforts to rebuilding postpartum strength. Our approach is holistic — focusing on your physical health, mental well-being, and confidence along the way.
- During Pregnancy: We keep things gentle and safe. Through a mix of strength training, slow flow movement and mobility work, we’ll help you to adapt to each trimester, by supporting your posture, strengthening your body, ease common discomforts, and prepare for labor. We meet your body where it’s at, with safe movement that empowers you, now and later.
- Postpartum: Here.. it’s all about rebuilding: gently, intentionally, and with care. We focus on restoring core and pelvic floor function, improving posture, and gradually rebuilding strength and confidence.
Why Exercise?
Your body is doing big things, therefore it deserves big support. Strength training and mindful movement help reduce common aches, prepare you for labor, and support recovery after birth.
What’s Included:
- 1 weekly strength training in semi private group of 3 ladies
- 1 weekly slow flow/mobility session with 6 ladies
- 1 workshop on nutrition and health
- Guidance all along the way
Price:
€60 per week
€720 for the full 12 weeks
