Breathing became her anchor during powerful moments of change in her own life.
What started as a personal necessity slowly turned into a calling she is now sharing with others.

Our breath is one of the most underestimated yet powerful tools we have.
It has the capacity to calm the nervous system within minutes. It allows emotions stored in the body to soften and move.
Our breathing sessions are guided, gentle, and deeply respectful of each person’s rhythm.
Nothing is forced, everything is invited.
No previous experience is needed, only the willingness to breathe and feel.
Through conscious breathing, the body shifts out of survival mode and into balance.

Sometimes memories surface out of nowhere, as if someone pressed a hidden button. Yes, at times it can be painful, but when it comes out, it feels like breathing for the very first time as well as a feeling that everything inside settles, as if the body is saying: I’m here with you.

What to bring
- An extra blanket and eye-pillow are recommended (an extra head pillow can also be more comfortable).
Thick mats, to be as comfortable as you can be, are provided. - Warm clothing; care for layers to keep you cozy during the journey.
