Would you like to create a special moment together with your partner, child, or friend? You’ll learn simple, effective massage techniques that bring relaxation and strengthen your bond. The goal of this workshop is to gently cultivate connection. Connection with yourself and with the other, through touch and contact.

The workshop consists of massagetechniques for the back, neck, and shoulders – full back & upper body.

You will learn not only how to give, but also how to receive, to unwind feeling safe, supported and connected.

What to bring?

• Comfortable clothes
• A small notebook and pen

• Location: AMA Connection, Edegem, Antwerp
• Group size: maximum 10 participants (5 duos)

Price: €150 per duo or €75 per person
