This 12-week program is designed to guide and support you through every phase of pregnancy and early motherhood. From managing common pregnancy discomforts to rebuilding postpartum strength.
Our approach is holistic — focusing on your physical health, mental well-being, and confidence along the way.
– 1 weekly strength training in semi private group of 3 ladies
– 1 weekly slow flow/mobility session with 6 ladies
– 1 workshop on nutrition and health
– Guidance all along the way
