In my classes, I offer a moment to become fully present in your body, breath, and emotions, inviting curiosity about what is unfolding in the now. Through postures (asanas), breathing practices, and short meditations, we explore the different layers of ourselves—physical, mental, emotional, and subtle. Each class carries its own theme, often inspired by our deep connection with nature and the cyclical movements of life. Through dynamic yet soft sequences, the body finds a natural flow, releasing tension and opening space for sensation, pleasure, and presence. Whatever you come looking for, you are welcome as you are. I invite you to arrive with a curious mind and an openness to explore. Some prior experience with yoga can be helpful, as the classes are not specifically designed for complete beginners, but it is not necessary. I always adapt the practice so that everyone can feel comfortable and welcome.
